• Customers are fully responsible when importing. We do not have control over removal or destruction by U.S. customs or government agency. We will NOT be responsible for any destruction or seizure by the Customs. (It's kindly reminded that importation of products of meat, milk products, eggs and animal-by products are under U.S. FDA regulations, which means they have risks of destruction, removal or seizure by U.S. Customs during inspection.)

• Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These charges will be paid by the recipient.  

• The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customers are responsible for understanding the importation regulations of the shipping address they specify on their order.

• When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. The package could stay in warehouse for weeks until being forwarded for delivery. We do not have control over this.
