Refund, exchange or return is not accpeted except for product damage (such as opened packaging, leak, holes and etc.) Products are packed with protection wraps/bubbles upon shipping, it is still possible to have minor dents during transit. If your order arrives damaged, you must send us pictures of exterior box(all sides), content in box and damaged item(s), so that we could file a claim with the shipping courier. Once the claim is approved and we will issue a refund. If you can't provide such pictures, there is nothing we can do.
