Products are packed with protection wraps/pouches upon shipping, unfortunately we are not responsible for possible dents in transit as quality is not affected. 

Not eligible for refund, exchange or return except for product damage (such as opened packaging, leak, holes and etc.) If your order arrives damaged, you must send us pictures of exterior box(all sides), content in box and damaged item(s), so that we could file a claim with the shipping courier. Once the claim is approved and we get refunded, we will refund you. If you can't provide such pictures, there is nothing we can do.
